Jim Calderwood is an attorney in Washington, D.C. with extensive experience on matters related to the acquisition of transportation services by government agencies.He has defended carriers in criminal prosecutions for bid rigging on DOD transportation acquisitions, advised TSPs on various types of contratual arrangements related to serving DOD and dealt with issues concerning government transportation audits and offsets. Jim serves as the General Counsel of the D.C Chapter of the NDTA. He is a former prosecutor with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and served in the IG brach of the USAF. His wife was the first women Admiral to serve in the U.S. Coast Guard.
